Good morning Rick,

I wanted to reach out to share some positivity this morning as I know that we are all in positions that can often be thankless.


Yesterday alone, I received three different interactions with residents paying compliments to REW and the services that have been provided. The first was email communication from a home owner that provided before and after pictures to show case what an outstanding job that one of the crew members did at her home. She was extremely appreciative of the care that was taken. The second was a home owner stopping by our office in person to talk about the experience she had with REW yesterday where the crew went above and beyond. She had placed a “no trim” sign in her yard near one of her plants. REW took the time to ring her doorbell and discuss the area to ensure that they trimmed the correct plants and stayed away from any items she did not want to receive trimming. She was beyond thankful that they were kind enough to do this as she knows they did not have to stop. As a result, she took the time out of her day to stop and discuss how thankful she is for REW and the continued excellent service to the community every day. The third was an email communication from a home owner showcasing a social media thread that was started where discussion was held about the outstanding trimming job completed and showing appreciation for how hard these crews work; especially during the summer heat.

All of these compliments, are indeed true and worth noting. The REW Team that has been assembled here at Summerlake is without a doubt amazing. I am extremely thankful for the relationships that have been built with REW and the service provided. It is a pleasure to have been given the opportunity to come to Summerlake and develop these relationships with you all. John and Diego have been a pleasure to work with and help to keep me sane on a daily basis with the high demands of a property this size. With their leadership, our crews have been successful. I appreciate everything that you and Gary do for us behind the scenes each day to keep this afloat!

John,

Thank you for driving everyone around last Tuesday’s scheduled drive thru.  According to Erik and John you made a thorough assessment of the entire community.  The board liked the knockout roses as well as the other six varieties that you presented at the board.

Your knowledge and recommendation of plants that will thrive in the Florida climate is truly appreciated. Erik and his committee will be getting back to you on the final selections.

In just five months the board feels this is the best the community has looked in several years.  The combination of REW and Trugreen looks to be a winning team.  Keep up the good work.
